Apps and workspaces
A goalmrr workspace holds your goals and connections. Plans limit how many apps you track, not how many goals you keep.
A workspace is the account you create with your email. There is no password: goalmrr sends you a link. The workspace holds your goals, your apps and your provider connections.
Apps#
An app is one product whose revenue you track. Goal Getter allows up to 3, Goal Master up to 10, Goal Legend has no limit. Goals, milestones, updates and public pages are unlimited on every plan. If you pass the app limit, goalmrr asks you to move to a larger plan. It does not delete an app to make the numbers fit. See plans.
One account, one connection#
A provider account connects to one workspace only. The same Stripe account, or the same Polar organization, cannot feed two workspaces. That keeps a figure from being counted twice on two public pages. Disconnect it in the first workspace before you connect it in another. Disconnecting destroys the key. Removing the connection also deletes the numbers it brought.
The owners of the workspace can see a log of connecting, disconnecting and removing. Other people cannot.
