Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
Who we are and what this covers#
These terms govern your use of goalmrr, provided by AVS Media, Federico Fellinistraat 102, 6515 LV Nijmegen, Netherlands.
Your account#
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@avs-media.com if someone else got in.
Acceptable use#
Do not break the law, attack the service, resell access without our consent, or upload content you have no right to.
Your content#
Your content stays yours. You give us the right to store and show it only as far as needed to run the service for you. You can export it and delete it at any time.
Plans and payment#
Paid plans renew every period until you cancel. Prices are shown with VAT where VAT applies. You can cancel in the app at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of buying; if you start using the service earlier you agree that the right ends as far as it was used.
Availability and changes#
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it is never interrupted. We may change features; for changes that matter to you we tell you beforehand.
Liability#
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and where the law does not allow limiting liability. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract and to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending the agreement#
You can end it at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that seriously breaks these terms, after warning you where possible.
Changes to these terms#
If we change the terms in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new version before you go on. The version you accepted and the date are kept.
Governing law#
The law of the Netherlands applies. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence stays unaffected.

What goalmrr is#
goalmrr is a tool for founders. You set revenue goals with dated milestones, connect the payment providers you sell through, and the goal follows the revenue those providers report. You can publish a page that shows your progress and says who verified the number. goalmrr is offered by AVS Media (KvK 98648225), Federico Fellinistraat 102, 6515 LV Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
Connecting payment providers#
You connect a payment provider by giving goalmrr a read-only key or the provider's equivalent access. Connect only accounts that are yours or that you are allowed to connect. Use a key that can read and nothing else: goalmrr refuses a key that can write. goalmrr reads totals only (revenue and refunds per month and currency, the current monthly recurring revenue and the number of active subscriptions). It cannot charge a customer, refund a payment or change your account.
You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting destroys the key. The numbers already read stay as your history until you remove the connection, which deletes them. A provider account can be connected to one workspace only.
Verified numbers#
A number marked as verified by a provider is the figure that provider reported to goalmrr through the connection you made. goalmrr shows it as it was reported and does not change it. goalmrr does not audit it: providers count refunds, taxes, fees and currencies in different ways, so a figure can differ from your own accounts. A number counts as freshly verified for 48 hours after the last successful read; after that the page says when it was last verified. Revenue cannot be typed in, by you or by an AI assistant.
Public pages are your choice#
Nothing you enter is public unless you publish a goal. On a public page you decide whether the amounts show, whether your posts show, and which single numbers are public. You are responsible for what you publish. You can unpublish at any moment and the page stops opening at once.
By publishing a goal you allow goalmrr to show that page, its share image, its badge and its Markdown version, and, if you buy a featured spot, to show it on the main page. Anyone may link to a public page and embed its badge. Publish only what is true and what you may show. Collecting public pages in bulk to build a competing database or to train a model is not allowed.
Featured spots#
A featured spot is a one-time payment that shows your public goal page, labelled Featured, on the main page for 30, 60 or 90 days. During the early offer the time shown is doubled at the same price. A featured spot never changes the organic order of the billboard. It starts when the payment is confirmed, and by buying it you ask us to start at once. You can buy a spot only for a page that is published with its amounts shown.
If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of buying. If the spot has already started at your request, you pay for the days that have run, and the right ends once the spot has run in full. If you buy as a business there is no right of withdrawal. We may remove a page from a spot, and refund the days not run, if the page breaks these terms.
Plans#
goalmrr has three monthly plans, priced in euros with VAT included: Goal Getter, Goal Master and Goal Legend. They differ in the number of apps you can manage (up to 3, up to 10, or unlimited, as shown on the pricing page when you buy). Goals, milestones, updates and public pages are unlimited on every plan. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time. If you are on a plan and go over its number of apps, goalmrr asks you to move to a larger plan and does not delete anything.
Your own AI#
goalmrr works with your own AI (Bring your own AI). If you connect your AI assistant over MCP, it acts with your permissions: it can read your goals and write updates, it cannot enter revenue, change a key or delete your data, and anything that would make something public needs your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for the AI you connect and for what it writes under your name.
No advice, no guarantee#
goalmrr shows numbers and progress. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and a goal or a milestone is not a promise of a result. Do not make a decision about a sale, a purchase or an investment on the strength of a number on someone else's page without checking it yourself.
Payment providers and other services#
Your payment providers work under their own terms and privacy statements, and goalmrr is not responsible for them. A provider may change or end its interface; goalmrr then shows the connection as not working instead of showing an old number as fresh.
Claims about your content#
If a third party makes a claim against us because of something you published or connected in breach of these terms, you compensate the reasonable costs and damage that follow, as far as the law allows.
